Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your wrist watch for any reason, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging (with tags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.)
    • Free from wear, scratches, or any signs of damage

Please note: Watches showing signs of wear or those that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved watches
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a watch for the same item, please contact us at [your customer service email].


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence of the defect/damage
